Sunshine
Foundation, “the original wish granting organization,”
was founded on the belief that every child should get the chance to
see a dream come true. Since the Foundation’s inception in Philadelphia
in 1976, dreams have become reality for over 30,000 chronically ill, seriously ill,
physically challenged and abused children, ages 3 to 18, nationwide.
Although these dreams are all unique, ranging from requests for a
personal computer to meeting a favorite celebrity, they each end the
same, bringing a smile to a child who is truly deserving. The Sunshine
Foundation proudly gives back 86.2% of all funding directly towards
these children’s dreams.
