This is a random drawing.  Prizes are open to all authorized commissary and exchange shoppers, aged 18 and older with the ability to obtain a valid passport.  Employees and family members of AmeriForce Publishing, Inc., the Defense Commissary Agency, and the military exchange system (AAFES, NEXCOM, MCX, CGX) are ineligible to win.  Winner eligibility will be verified prior to awarding prizes. Prize entries must be submitted by December 31, 2008.  Entries may be submitted through this online entry form or in writing on a 3" x 5" card (including name, address, phone, e-mail address and branch of service) and mailed to:  AmeriForce Publishing Sweeps, P.O. Box 351, Warminster, PA 18974.  One entry per person.  Prize drawings will be held in January 2009, and will be awarded on or before February 15, 2009.  Chance of winning any prize in this sweepstakes is determined by the number of entries received.
